Greg Hall’s real estate career began in Toronto, Canada, in 1979 and transitioned to Central Florida in 1982. Over the years, Greg has developed a vast knowledge of the business and amassed a loyal following, earned by always providing first-class personal service. “I know how important it is to listen to the customer and to be responsive to their needs and be available for them any time.”
Dual Expertise in Real Estate and Mortgages
Greg understands the real estate transaction from both sides of the fence. He started as a real estate broker in 1979 and continued in 1991 as a full-time mortgage broker. “I like to keep the sometimes-complicated mortgage process as simple and stress-free as possible, and I am personally hands-on and involved in every aspect of each mortgage transaction,” he explains.
“I make myself always available to my borrowers and realtors. My business is almost completely derived from a loyal following of referrals from friends, past clients, realtors, attorneys, closing agents, etc.”

Greg has been married since 1982 to Shirley, a Florida native. Together, they raised three children, Emily, Graham, and Hilary, in Winter Park and Maitland, FL. They are also the proud grandparents of two boys, Blair and James.

Greg has also been successful in other competitive areas. He is a former competitor in Outboard Hydroplane racing, winning championships in Canada and the US. You can see his 500cc 1981 Aerowing Hydroplane on display at the Canadian Raceboat Hall of Fame in Muskoka, Ontario, Canada, beginning in the spring of 2025.
